Knud Kjærgaard Christensen and Anne Ulderup are the company's directors, and with a combined experience of more than 40 years within project finance, we have built up a solid network and strong international relationships over the years. The history of PAA Project Finance goes back to 1990, when the company was established under the name EAC Trading Ltd. In 2007, the company became part of the Aarsleff Group, which is Denmark's leading contracting company, and in 2013 we changed our name to PAA Project Finance. The acquisition has mutually strengthened our market position and our field of expertise, as Aarsleff provides skills to plan and execute projects within e.g. infrastructure, climate adaptation, environment and energy – from design to handing-over. PAA Project Finance provides services both internally within Aarsleff and to our valued customers and long-lasting partners worldwide.

PAA Project Finance holds a proven track record of successfully completed projects within secondary healthcare, rehabilitation and construction of potable water and wastewater treatment plants, irrigation projects as well as light rail and airport projects.

We handle the entire process from project identification, financing, sourcing and purchasing to logistics and progress reporting.

All the projects that we are involved in include elements of Danish know-how and technology, and have been backed financially from either the Danish Export Credit Agency (EKF) or the Danish International Development Assistance (Danida).
